Philip Lee

Philip grew up in Sydney, Australia, where he studied engineering and finance. After getting bored working in finance, he moved to Korea where he designed and developed educational programs. During his tenure, students enrolled in his program grew from 3,000 students to over 60,000.

He then earned his MBA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, after which he worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group for a number of years. However, his passion for education drew him back to the field in 2011.

Philip has perfect scores in the SAT and ACT. He has best-selling SAT courses online and has helped thousands of students achieve amazing scores and gain admission to all top 10 schools.

Philip’s hobby is learning new skills, so he is currently studying law at Columbia University and learning Brazilian jiujitsu.

Christopher Koh

Chris was born and raised in the Chicago area and graduated cum laude from Harvard College as a concentrator in History & Literature of America. He also holds a MFA in Dramatic Writing & Directing from the Actors Studio MFA Program and a MBA in Strategy & Marketing from UCLA Anderson.

After a diverse career spent in film production, development, and marketing including working on a successful Academy Award campaign, Chris spent eight years working for American Express in strategic marketing. However, he felt the itch to return to education - a passion first cultivated decades ago.

In addition to teaching everything from critical reading, writing, speaking, math, and test prep (TOEFL, SAT, ACT, SSAT) for over a decade, Chris has written critical reading English language textbooks/i-Books for the South Korean market. Furthermore, he has successfully helped numerous students with both college and business school applications. In the past, Chris served as an alumni interviewer for both Harvard and UCLA Anderson.

A lifelong cinephile and gourmand, Chris is always happy to talk about movies and food. He's equally happy listening to the Beatles, reading Murakami novels, and seeing live Shakespeare. However, Chris's greatest satisfaction lies in helping students achieve their goals.
